Hello, this blog is for real estate info in the Cedar Park, Leander, and the Austin metro area. For my first article I wanted to talk about the $8000.00 tax credit that is now available to first time home buyers. There are several stipulations and timeframes that you must meet to qualify, such as that it must be bought in 2009 and that you really do not have to be a first time homebuyer. I would be happy to sit down and talk to you about this great program.
